16 Week Winter Meditation Course: Meditation for Your Type
January – April, 2012
Free Introductory Classes:
Sun, Jan 15th: 9 -10:30 AM
Mon, Jan 16th: 7:35 – 9 PM
Did you know that not all meditation practices work for all people? Discover how you can help yourself & others find the type of meditation that best suits their personality.
In this program you will learn 6 different styles of meditation: breath, mantra, visualization, contemplation, mindfulness & conceptual.
Course Includes:
- 16 Weekly Group Classes (choice of attending Sun 9-10:30 AM or Mon, 7:35-9 PM)
- 16 Weekly Email Lessons with Video Lectures
- 16 Weeks of Supplemental Yoga/Meditation Classes
