Class begins with a lecture on topics from stress management to meditation. Students learn relaxation, breathing and stretching to benefit mind-body health. All levels may join this program.

Includes a short lecture followed by a creative series of flowing postures. The class flow will be adaptable for different levels of challenge and engagement. Good for those who seek a mind body workout with rhythmic movement and repetition of poses.

Yin consists of passive long-held poses (3 – 5 minutes) that are meant to affect the joints and connective tissues of the body. It is a quiet and slow practice that is very complimentary to the more muscular yang type yoga. This class incorporates classical Yin with some restorative style support for practitioners when necessary. Good for all levels of students.

Enjoy gentle stretching in combination with extra allotted time for silent and/or instructed meditation.

Every Sunday from 10:30 – Noon, we open one of our rooms for people in the meditation community wanting to meditate and do their own practice. There is no instructor and no charge.
Sundays: 10:30 AM – Noon

Restorative Yoga is also known as the yoga of non-doing. This class will offer practitioners the opportunity to slow down and enjoy a prolonged yoga practice that utilizes blankets, pillows and other props to help relieve stress and restore balance and harmony to the body and mind. Good for all levels of students.

Open to all pregnant women, previous Yoga experience is not necessary. Treat yourself and your unborn child to the joys of Yoga. Poses and breath work focus on labor, delivery and recovery aids.

A special class for mothers and young infants to bond and meet like minded people. Infants are welcome up until they start crawling.

For ages 6 to 12, a fun class of breathing, stretching and concentration games to help kids to learn healthy ways to manage stress and be healthy. Short stories emphasize topics like self-esteem, healthy eating, concentration and relaxation.

Classes focus on flexibility, strength, relaxation and creating a balanced and healthy body/mind.
Teens are encouraged to join any class on the schedule that is appropriate to their experience level. Connestoga High School students may be eligible to take yoga classes for gym credits. See the information in the section below for special student pricing.
Registration Policy for Yoga Classes and Seminars:
Participants can join any class at anytime, no pre-registration is required. We recommend taking at least 8 Beginners classes before considering joining an Intermediate class. YogaLife is open every day with the exception of major holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day.
