November 19 – 21: Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training with Randi Coen-Gilbert

Learn the basics of teaching Prenatal Yoga classes, including:

• Special considerations of teaching Pregnant women
• Anatomical & Physiological changes of pregnancy & related yoga poses
• Class sequences & poses to help relieve the common discomforts of pregnancy
• Breathing, Visualization & Stress management techniques
• Yoga Lifestyle tips for a healthy pregnancy & birth

This training is open to perinatal health professionals, childbirth educators, doulas, yoga instructors & yoga teachers in training who are interested in offering a complimentary mind-body approach to pregnancy.
